Read This Article if You Want a New ATV

Do you really desire to own a new All-Terrain-Vehicle or a Quad? Boy are there some really awesome new models out there indeed. Are you considering one, which has high performance but can be used by the whole family? Have you already gone down to look at these at the motorcycle lots? Some fantastic new features and great paint schemes and talk about power; “Ah, Hello, can you say SEE YA!” Indeed many of these dirt devils have performance to burn.

Have you considered the safety issues of ATVs and quad lately? Did you know more people per year die on ATVs than get hit by trucks? Yep, 4,000 people a year die in ATV crashes and over 60,000 injuries are reported; things like broken bones and non-break injuries to the knees, elbows and ankles. Yes, true enough but they are so fun, it is worth the risk right! Yes, well I agree with you, yet would warn you that if you are going to buy one of these high performance monsters of the dirt and sand, then please be thinking of safety equipment; such as helmets which are now mandatory in many states on or off road. Also leathers, pants and jackets; boots are also a good way to save one’s self from injury and there are also vest guards which are highly advisable too.

Sure it cost a little more to do it right, but think safety first because when you have that much power at your wrist it is very hard not to get into it no matter what age you are or what kind of safety wear you may or may not be wearing on that particular; “any Sunday,” so do yourself a favor and think on it.
